Dr. Dolghier is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She completed her dental training at the University of Louisville in 2007. Dr. Dolghier first realized her love for treating children during a missionary trip to Dominican Republic. She enjoyed the field so much; she continued studies in a pediatric residency training program with focus on oral conscious sedation, special needs patients and hospital dentistry. Subsequently she completed her pediatric dental training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia in 2012.
Dr. Dolghier loves to work with children and has devoted her professional career to their dental health and well-being. She is able to provide comprehensive dental treatment with the use of general anesthesia in a hospital setting for children with severe dental problems as well as emotionally and physically challenged patients. She is also well trained and experienced to administer oral conscious sedation. In addition, Dr. Dolghier is an examiner for the Arizona State Dental Board in Oral Conscious Sedation.
Her own office, Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry, is designed to make children excited and willing to be at the dentist. "I want children to not be afraid to come back. Children don't have to be afraid of the dentist. Our goal is to help them overcome their fears and make the dentist office a fun place," says Dr. Dolghier. "Our office is designed with children in mind. It is part of the specialty."
When she is not working hard at Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Dolghier spends most of her time with her husband, their three children and pup, Fluffy.
